Browsing this website shares nothing with anyone: it sets no cookies, runs no analytics or trackers and loads nothing from other companies. If you book a call, we use what you send us to reply to you, and for nothing else.

Who is responsible

X Ad Campaign is operated by the company named in the imprint, which is the controller of the personal data described here.

When you browse

This website does not use cookies, local storage, analytics, advertising pixels, embedded content or fonts from other services. Our hosting provider processes technical data that every visit produces, such as your IP address, the time and the page requested, to deliver the website and keep it secure.

Those server logs are kept for a short period set by the hosting provider and are not used to identify you.

When you book a call

The form asks for your name, work email and company, and optionally your website, your monthly ad budget and a message. We use these details only to reply and to discuss a possible campaign with you. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering you (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We keep a request for up to twelve months if we do not start working together, and then delete it.

We never send you marketing email because you used the form, and we never sell or share your details.

Who processes data for us

  • Railway, which hosts this website.
  • Cloudflare, which delivers it and protects it from attacks.
  • Resend, which delivers your request to our inbox by email.

Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable form. Use the form or the contact details in the imprint.

You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens in the Netherlands.
